'Stros Game

It's our first official weekend here in Houston after one week of routine. A friend from work gave Brett tickets to the Astros game, so we headed out to Minute Maid park. I met Brett in his garage and we strolled along the streets of downtown Houston. Both of us enjoyed a hot dog and coke and a few innings of the game. We left during the 5th inning to walk back to our cars, a little over a mile away. The best part of the evening was the bike taxi that took us to our cars!

Oh--and the Astros did win, by the way.

Dude we got bike taxis. But we call them cycle rickshaws. They are about 30-50 cents a ride depending on where you want to go.

Hmm...these guys get $5-$20, depending on where you want to go! It was fun, though, to be driven through downtown and get to look all around while he did all the hard work.

Did it cost your fridge the whole 50 cents for the ride since it's so big? =)
